The people of Sisters, Redmond, Prineville, and La Pine head to Bend to celebrate spring by taking part in a variety of lively festivals. The 2015 Bend Spring Festival is April 10th through 12, and the family-friendly fun features lives music, food, games, and activities for the little ones.
And as spring turns to summer, Bend draws big crowds with the 2015 4 Peaks Music Festival, June 19th through 21st, promising an eclectic mix of musical performances along with workshops, food trucks, crafts vendors, and even a kids' area.

In Eugene, classes are in session at the University of Oregon, and the school is widely renowned for its athletic programs. What better place to spend a sunny spring day than at the ballpark? The Oregon Ducks men's baseball team defends home field at PK Park through May 24th, when they go to bat against UCLA in the last home of the season.
