Head for the Portland Metro Area and visit Gaston, a short drive from both downtown Portland and nearby Forest Grove. Henry Hagg Lake is part of the Scoggins Valley Park, in so far as they border each other.
You'll find two boat launching sites at Hagg Lake, along with a number of different picnic areas, and over 13 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Hagg Lake was created in 1975 after the damming of Scoggins Creek. Enjoy your day at the lake when you visit Henry Hagg Lake.
