Summer’s here in greater Portland and it’s fair time. August brings the 107th Clackamas County Fair & Rodeo to Canby, east of Interstate 5, 10 miles southeast of Wilsonville. Cycling fans discover the history and scenery of Portland and the Mt. Hood area on the Barlow Road Ride. The two-day century ride takes place August 17th and 18th starting in Oregon City at the end of the Oregon Trail. The 100-mile adventure over-nights at Government Camp on Mt. Hood, before the downhill return to Oregon City.
